I went for lunch at the dining hall my wife had been interested in for a while. There was a paid parking lot, and the restaurant was just nearby. They said you could collect points by registering as a member, so I happily signed up. The lunch menu was genuinely healthy. It was a shame the rice hadn't been properly fluffed, though. Parking discounts are also available depending on the total amount spent. Today's lunch menu was stir-fried chicken and cashews. I felt a little hesitant about stir-frying cashews, but they tasted delicious. Also, I don't think the miso soup was hot. The staff were courteous when explaining things and sharing money-saving information. The seating arrangement let us sit without worrying about our neighbors, and it was quiet, which was nice. It was a place I wanted to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

【March 28, 2026】 A neat restaurant mainly serving set meals, about a 5-minute walk from JR Shijonawate Station, within the newly built community revitalization 「morinekiプロジェクト」 on the former site of Daito municipal housing. I stopped by at lunchtime on Saturday. I came by car; the paid parking lot is behind the building. You pay in advance, and water and the like are self-service. I ordered the homemade shio koji karaage set meal for 780円. I don't know whether Daito City subsidizes it, but it is cheap in this day and age. Besides the main shio koji karaage, there is a mini salad and side dishes, so the selection is sufficient. The karaage is quite substantial and tastes pretty good, with the meal overall low in salt (especially the miso soup) and focused on health. As a 780円 karaage set meal, it was high quality and satisfying. Its affordability attracts quite a few customers, including for takeout. The morinekiプロジェクト also has cafés, cake shops, bakeries, and other things, plus small open spaces, and seems reasonably lively.

There were a lot of people, and the two men who happened to sit next to us were very loud, which was a little unpleasant. They were wearing staff passes, so I would like them to be more mindful. Without that, there would have been no problem.

I visited at lunchtime on a weekday. The restaurant has a nice, relaxing atmosphere. I ordered the karaage set meal, and it was crispy, juicy, and very delicious. I would like to go back to try other dishes too.

A 5-minute walk from Shijonawate Station Suddenly, a flat open square stretches out, with spaciously arranged shops and homes in もりねき. A place planned alongside the rebuilding of municipal housing. It's nice that it doesn't feel like Shijonawate, in a good way. I think the important thing in projects like this is finding a business willing to work alongside you, and bringing in the company ノースオブジェクト is what created this neighborhood's atmosphere. The set meals are inexpensive and so popular that it is hard to get in at lunchtime. Next door there is freshly baked bread, sweets, and more. The bread was delicious. It's lovely to have a bakery with freshly baked bread near home. That's a point that makes you want to live here. I hope this facility continues. 780円 Thank you for the meal
