Tasty soup and noodle. Pretty cheap price with unlimited kaedama (noodle refill). What else could I ask for?

Visited in May 2026. I've been curious about it because refills are free and I was finally able to visit(^^) The limited noodles for the visiting month was 'Kita no Yume Chikara Men', so I chose that first. Then I progressed to katsuobushi noodles ⇒ dragon noodles ⇒ curly noodles, and 4 bowls was the limit.. Since it was my first time visiting the ramen shop, I chose toko tonkotsu ■Kita no Yume Chikara Men ⇒ Quite hard. I prefer firm, but even so I felt it was hard ■Katsuobushi noodles ⇒ Although I can feel the katsuobushi sense, it didn't personally suit me. ■Dragon noodles ⇒ It had a chewy texture and was somewhat thick. I knew it, but it hits the stomach quite a bit ■Curly noodles ⇒ This was also firm, and my favorite among this time. Chicken soy sauce x curly noodles was ridiculously delicious 🍜 Thin noodles fit too, but nothing beats curly noodles. The thicker charsiu is salty, so it's better to eat it wrapped in noodles 🐷 I'm not so good with rich stuff, but if you want a refill… you definitely should make the soup light ☝️ My husband chose rich tonkotsu soup and gave up at 1 bowl and couldn't get a refill. Serves you right There are so many kinds of noodles, I want to conquer them all However, if you're ordering a refill, you'd better press order as soon as the ramen arrives I ordered it like Ichiran when I ate about half a bowl, but finishing the 1st bowl was faster Also, maybe because it was summer and the entrance door was open, the heat inside the store was amazing Air conditioning was of no use at all Well, ramen is something you eat while saying it's hot 🍜🔥

Whole wheat noodles, since refill is free and it's more fun if there is a difference, it would be better to push out the whole wheat feeling more. This month's limited noodles, Biangbiang noodles, feels like a chewy kishimen. Dragon noodles are a favorite, an ironclad! All noodles are delicious! You can fully enjoy comparing noodles. It's also good that it's served freshly boiled and hot. Because the soup inevitably cools down. You have to order at the right timing! What I felt a bit... was the soup... I think it's extra because I made it Kojiro, the influence of the water from the bean sprouts and every refill water drops and as time passes it gets watery... I think it's correct to enjoy it with flavor changes. Oh yeah, gari (ginger)! It was quite delicious by itself. It wasn't that the service was bad, but although I ordered without garlic, it had plenty of garlic in it. That's why service score -1. I was working the next day, so I asked to remove it, but this time it looked quite delicious. Giving in to temptation and eating one piece, it was delicious after all. Next time, I'd like to eat it fully. Then, the evaluation of the soup might change again.
