Appended 2026.3.7: Closed ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Visited just before noon on a weekday Beware as you might trip on the step right after passing through the automatic door! The counter in the middle of the shop, and the raised tatami seating remain the same as the previous Chinese restaurant? Staff too? You purchase a ticket from the ticket vending machine, but the menu isn't large, as pictured "Fuku Chunghwa Soba" is normally delicious, but it's too salty and lacks depth in flavor, while the "Fuku Fish Soy Sauce Chunghwa Soba" has a strong fish scent. The homemade noodles have good firmness, and the large chashu is delicious and satisfying. Since the price is cheap, the cost performance is high, and if the taste suits your preference, you will be satisfied (^-)v

The 1st time I had the Fuku Chunghwa Soba at noon, and the 2nd time I had the Fish Soy Sauce Chunghwa Soba at night. Both are soy sauce-based, refreshing, and delicious. I especially prefer the fish soy sauce one, and it makes me want to eat it again. At night, the izakaya menu is substantial; the bean sprout zai-cai has an unusual sansho-like seasoning that goes great with alcohol, and the shrimp tempura has a firm batter and plump shrimp making it satisfying and very delicious. Perhaps because it's a bit far from the station, it was relatively empty even past 7 PM on a Saturday, but the staff's service is good and overall it's delicious so it's recommended.

Delicious. The portion is slightly large, and getting a noodle refill exceeds the fullness limit. The recommended Fuku Ramen soup is light-flavored, the noodles are chewy, and the chashu comes with two large slices. Systematically it's close to Shiogensui, but the soup is slightly sweeter. The fried rice is also delicious. This is also close to Shiogensui's. The interior seems to be a second-hand takeover, not much different from the previous Chinese restaurant. You can hear and read funny Japanese.

Had the soy sauce ramen gyoza set. It would have been nice if the soup had a bit more umami. It was a soup with a strong soy sauce flavor. The noodles were chewy noodles. Gyoza is utterly average, but the dipping sauce was subpar.
