I visited with expectations because of the good Google ratings, but there were many disappointing points, and personally, I feel the quality is such that I won't be revisiting. First of all, it seems this shop basically has wood ear mushrooms on almost every ramen, but after placing my order, I was asked, "We are out of wood ear mushrooms, so we will be serving it without wood ear mushrooms, is that okay?". If a staple topping is out of stock, shouldn't they announce it before seating customers, or at least before taking the order? It's troublesome to be told "we don't have it" after sitting down and ordering, and I cannot accept being made to eat a deficient product as is. Shouldn't they at least have an alternative plan, like adding a different topping instead? I had no choice but to order another item, the "Gattsuri Mazesoba (1,080 yen + extra-large portion)", and this was even more disappointing. Before it was served, the microwave's "ding" sound echoed from the kitchen twice, giving me a bad feeling, and the noodles that came out were way too soggy from absorbing moisture. It had a texture as if something that had sat for a while was reheated, and honestly, I couldn't call it delicious. Also, there was an insect inside, so I was a bit concerned about hygiene. Well, I suppose these things happen, but still. The rating on Google is unnaturally high, but this is probably due to a perk where "getting a free large noodle portion or extra noodle refill is given for leaving a rating". Please properly explain out-of-stock staple items upon entry, and above all, thoroughly review and manage the quality of your core products once again.
View on GoogleFirst time visiting. Shop atmosphere 👍 Staff's customer service 👍 Ordered Tori-Masamune and Aka-Tonkotsu ramen. The Tori-Masamune had a gentle and mellow feel with very tender chicken, making it insanely delicious 🥺 Adding pepper combined the spice of the pepper with the mellowness of the soup, making it even more delicious 🥺 As for the Aka-Tonkotsu, it had a bit of a kick amidst the mellowness without being too spicy, and just as written in the ramen introduction? It was a bowl you'd want to drink down to the last drop! Though I did drink it down ノミホシタケド。 Both were deliciously finished!! (´D`*)ノ<I'll come again
View on GoogleCame to this shop for the first time upon a friend's recommendation. It's a great shop with a wonderful atmosphere and the bright customer service of the staff. Ordered the limited-time Shiso Tonkotsu Ramen; the taste was a rich soup yet gave a gentle embracing feeling, a flavor I irresistibly love. The charcoal-grilled-like chicken was also delicious, and above all, the aroma of shiso imparts a refreshing feel! I felt like going again!
View on GoogleVisited upon a friend's recommendation, ordered the limited-time Shiso Tonkotsu Ramen and Mentaiko Rice. The Mentaiko Rice had plenty of mentaiko, and with the accent of shiso, it was extremely easy to eat! Also, I was debating between Iemoto Tonkotsu, but got curious about the limited-time Shiso Ramen and ordered it; it contained shiso paste making it refreshing and extremely delicious, and the charcoal-grilled chicken on top was also extremely delicious. Next time I visit, I want to order the Iemoto Tonkotsu!
View on GoogleI was attracted by the shop's signboard... "Pork bones, chicken bones, human character" I ordered the shop's signature item Tori Paitan Ramen 930 yen There was no pork gaminess, and I felt it was probably a Tori Paitan made properly with time and effort. Thank you for the meal.
