It's not great quality food but as still a reliable okonomiyaki/teppanyaki family restaurant. Wide selection of fillings but expect to spend at least 1000 yen for a meal. Orders are now taken with a tablet device, so that makes it easier to keep track of things if going in as a group. The best deal I think would be the add-on softdrink bar. The selection is decent for cold drinks and the hot drinks include coffee and hot chocolate. Topped off with softserve ice cream and a choice of several sauces to add some flavor.

There was none of that bothersome staff attitude mentioned in the reviews. Both the Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki and soft serve ice cream were delicious ♪

Had the negisuji-yaki. A soy sauce-based taste once in a while is also nice; it provided a different accent from other okonomiyaki shops. Also, since there's no konjac, I'm glad there's no filler.

The price and food feel appropriate for each other, but the customer demographic consists of groups of families with children and groups of office workers, making it as noisy as a public izakaya. You certainly cannot have a calm conversation. That aside, I couldn't say the staff's customer service was good. I used it with my parents, and the sauce on the table wasn't there, so we couldn't eat the okonomiyaki right away after it arrived. When I asked for a replacement, they silently and sluggishly collected it, and when they brought it back, they just put it down quickly and finished. When I pressed the payment confirmation button on the panel, a staff member immediately came over holding a tray? from behind and put pressure on me to leave quickly, which was a bit unpleasant. I understand it's busy and exhausting, but you should do the bare minimum. I've been using this place for a long time, but I thought I don't need to go for a while. Also, isn't there something that can be done about how long it takes for the touch panel to become usable? From the customer's side, it's like "it doesn't work, why?", and the staff probably hate being rushed and find explaining it a hassle too. It's a shop with many things that should be improved. The waiting time was short, which was good.

I used it for a farewell party before returning to my home country, but a large group of parents and children was so noisy that I couldn't have a calm conversation or even hear voices speaking. I really spent a wasted time. Since I had the trust that the Yoshida branch staff would go and caution a noisy group without us even having to say anything, I used Suminodo, which is the halfway point with the other party, but... Clearly, there were children shouting, running around, and sitting on the window-side engawa?, and the parents didn't even caution them. Screaming at the top of their lungs. They even brought babies around 1 to 2 months old... My impression is that the quality of Japanese people has dropped too. I will only use the Yoshida branch from now on.
