The phone service is so bad I don't even want to give 1 star. I was told that since there are many topping changes for wooden barrels, it's cheaper to order a la carte, so I ordered a la carte, but when I thought it was expensive and recalculated, changing toppings in the wooden barrel was actually cheaper. When I called to tell them that, the same male man answered, and his sullen attitude and response were annoying, so when I said "it's troublesome so I'll just leave it as a la carte," he hung up on me. There was not a single apology regarding how it was communicated or the price changing, and I think they should train phone customer service from scratch. I never want to order from this shop again ^_^

Last year, items were missing and despite specifying a time, it arrived over an hour early! This year, the items and time were correct, but chopsticks and soy sauce were not included! No matter how busy the season is, I'd like them to handle things properly.
