Right next to the station and relatively spacious. The lighting is better than Starbucks inside the station structure, in my opinion, and the background music stays in the background. Decent food and drink choices at a more reasonable price. There's free Wi-Fi available. Nice place to stay for a quick rest or chat. However the open spacing and seating arrangements don't allow for much visual privacy.

My first time to come to this place and I will surely be back again. Fits my budget.

仕事の合間にPC作業をしたくて、ドトールJR住道店を利用しました。カウンター席が使いやすくて落ち着いていて、短時間でもしっかり作業に集中できたのが良かったです。特に助かったのが、全カウンターにコンセントがあるところ。充電を気にせずPCを開けるので、こういう隙間時間にはかなり便利でした。駅近で立ち寄りやすいのもありがたいですし、作業しやすい店としてまたうかがいたいです。

2026年7月22日体感気温33℃で13時半頃入店、店内めちゃくちゃ暑かったです⋯。お年寄りや女性にうれしいお店かと⋯駅ナカのゼッテリアは店内キンキンに冷えてました（トイレも⋯） 猛暑日の入店はおすすめしません⋯ あ、ゼッテリアにもコンセント差し込み口ありますよ。

You have to order at least one item to sit down, I wish you had told me at the register! I was working on mobility support for a person with disabilities, so I was there to watch over their meal. Midway through, a staff member came up and asked, "Did you order something? If you're going to sit at the table, please order one item." I told them, "I'm just accompanying them." But it was no use. So, I went and bought a drink, but by the time I got back to the seat, the user had already finished eating, so I could only take one sip of the drink... Don't people usually say something at the register? If I may add one more thing, the chatting between the staff members was noisy. If you have time for that, could you please refill the two pots, which were almost empty, or wipe the tables? The tables were dirty.
