I’ve been going here for more than 20 years. Never fails to impress me how good the ramen is. Tsukemen is my favourite. Highly recommend getting all the trimmings. Thank you.
View on GoogleFrom May 2026, Lunch is "Menya Chakuriki" From evening is "Kujikara Ramen" I went in the evening so "Kujikara Ramen" There is a description of the origin of Kujikara Shoyu, It says "Based on seasonings from Tango~middle omitted~, after cooking for three days and three nights, it failed." 🤣🤣🤣 Please read the rest on site. Indeed, it has a bit of a quirk, but it also feels like Toyama Black and I thought it was delicious. Smooth, slightly thick noodles. It seems there is also a limited Shoyu Black Tori Paitan.
View on GoogleI went all the way to Miyazu for the first time in years because I was craving Kujikara Ramen. The store used to be near Amanohashidate, but it seems to have moved here. It seems they are renting, so Kujikara Ramen is only open on Wednesdays and Fridays, and other ramen shops operate the rest of the time. I lined up with 3 people when it opened at 11:00 and entered after that. I ordered the Ajitama Kujikara Ramen large portion and Chashu-don. My impression after eating it again after a long time was, has the taste changed? The unique quirk has become a bit milder and the saltiness seems to have increased. Is it because it's been too long that I feel that way? I also feel like the amount of onions has decreased. That said, the unique quirk that divides opinions is still there, and I enjoyed it while remembering "it was like this". The Ajitama was white when it came out, but after soaking in the soup for a while, it was dyed the color of the soup. Chashu-don came late, so I only took a picture of the ramen (because I wanted to eat it quickly lol). Chashu-don was also delicious, and I think Ajitama goes better with Chashu-don than ramen. I split the egg in half and ate it with both. I'm also curious about Kuro-soba and limited ramen, so I want to come eat again. 2026.4.14 Entered on Chakuriki's business day. Ordered Tango Black (large noodle portion, special topping). You can tell it's delicious just by looking at it. The soup with a strong soy sauce punch and chewy noodles are delicious. I felt a bit of Kujikara Ramen-ness, but this one has less quirk and is easier to eat. A thick and soft chashu is placed on top. Since the taste is a bit strong when combined with the soup, it might be best with rice. There were other menus that looked delicious, so I want to come again.
View on GoogleDecember 2025 I think it's been over 10 years since I first visited. At that time, there was a rumor that there was an incredibly delicious ramen shop in the northern part of Kyoto Prefecture. I remember that the bloggers at that time all wrote articles about it. There is plenty of parking in front of the store shared with other stores. I think there are over 20 spaces. After a long time, I ordered the special tsukemen in medium size. When I eat it after a long time, I feel the sweetness of the dipping sauce strongly. It is based on tonkotsu-gyokai, but I feel the flow of old tsukemen from Kanto. It goes well with the medium-thick noodles, and I can slurp it up. The chashu is also a melt-in-your-mouth type with fat that melts. It was a flawless bowl with extra-thick menma and naruto, etc. I remember there used to be a soup for dilution in a small pitcher, but I wonder if it's gone. Recently I've been eating Black or Otoko no Black often, so it's been a long time since I've had tsukemen. It was delicious as always. By the way, "Kujikara" which used to be at Amanohashidate operates at the same store on Wednesdays and Fridays. This is also very delicious.
View on GoogleBlack! I ordered Chuka-soba. It was said to be a light and refreshing taste, but the soy sauce punch was very strong and it was very delicious. The other menu, Tanba Black, is said to be a fragrant black soy sauce, is it very thick? I'm interested. I visited in the evening but many customers were coming. It's a popular shop, isn't it. I'll come again 😉
