I visited for the first time without a reservation, but it was a very atmospheric restaurant and the food was delicious. The master said it would be helpful to call and reserve in advance, so I'm noting that here. Since the master runs it alone, it takes time for the food to come out. However, I could feel the attention to detail in everything from the appetizers to the dessert, so the satisfaction level was high. I felt it was worth the wait. I ordered the pasta lunch, where you choose one from 4-5 types for both appetizers and pasta. The pasta was especially exquisite; the cream sauce was rich but not heavy, a perfect flavor that I really liked. The master is very thoughtful, asking if the food was okay despite the delay in service, and he is a person of good character. I thought this place would suit those who want to dine in a homey, non-stiff atmosphere. I will definitely visit the shop the master introduced to me on my way home. Personally, it became a favorite shop, so I want to visit again.

For the second time, I visited with a lunch reservation. Since it was Sunday, it was almost full. The owner was busy working alone. The owner remembered that I had stopped by before and greeted me. The first time, I just dropped by in the evening. It seems they only have courses in the evening, and since it was my first time, I decided to start with lunch, so I gave up. I am grateful to the owner for being so polite. Next time I will come for lunch.

This is a shop I've always wanted to visit as it's along my walking route from home. On a Saturday just after 1 PM, I dropped by on my bike without a reservation. Inside the shop, there's one large round table and about four tables for 4 or 2 people. There were 2 groups of customers besides me, and it seemed there were plenty of empty seats. Immediately upon entering, the owner came out to serve me and said he would prepare a table. He also told me the location of the bicycle parking, so I moved my bike and entered the shop again. By the way, the parking lot (with bicycle parking) has a path between the pharmacy and the bento shop two doors down from the shop, so if you enter from that path, there is a parking lot. There are 4 designated parking spots for the Trattoria (divided into 2 spots above and 2 below due to the height difference). The two spots below might be hard to find for first-time visitors, but they are on the left side from the direction of the path entrance, so please look carefully. Now, there are 2 types of lunch menus. Since it would be a pity not to try, I ordered the 2500 yen (tax included) course which is more expensive and includes an appetizer. The busy owner explained the appetizers and pasta available that day, and the owner himself apologized for speaking too fast; it's true he spoke fast and I'm not sure if I understood all the explanation, but I ordered what I thought sounded good. The two groups of customers who were there first all left and I was the only one. I hadn't researched the shop beforehand, so when I checked Google reviews briefly before the food came, many reviews said it's better to make a reservation, so I was worried if it was okay to enter without a reservation today. The owner might have had a little free time since I was the only customer, so there was an opportunity for the owner to tell me a lot about the characteristics of his cooking, so I took advantage of this atmosphere to ask if it's better to make a reservation, and he said that today there happened to be few reservations so it was okay without one, but if you want to be sure to get in, it's better to make a reservation. According to the owner's explanation, it's been 11 years since he opened the shop, and before COVID there were other employees besides the owner, but now he does everything himself from cooking to serving customers, and if it's predicted to be troublesome such as moving tables according to the number of customers, he decided to refuse even if it's a reservation because there is a limit for one person. On the other hand, he is grateful if we make a reservation with plenty of time a few days in advance. When I asked about dinner, he said there is only a 4500 yen (tax included) omakase, but he listens to foods you don't like in advance, so I could see his careful response. A reservation with plenty of time seems to suit this shop. So I was very lucky to get in without a reservation today. The food goes without saying, it was really delicious. The owner also gave me various explanations. The Napolitan I ate today originally started as a staff meal and was popular among employees. By the way, the menu since opening is meat spaghetti. Next time I definitely want to taste the meat spaghetti. Also, the homemade bread served before the appetizer is served on a plate with 2 pieces at first, but he said you can have more. The owner told me not to hesitate, but from the review information, I knew that the food coming later would be quite voluminous, so I decided to refrain. In the end, after the appetizer, my stomach was full with the meat spaghetti and the result was very satisfying. After the pasta, I had dessert and coffee. For dessert, I told the owner in the conversation that this was my first visit, so the owner suggested if he should serve the shop's classic dessert, and I received 3 types of desserts on a large plate. The owner explained the desserts, but I don't remember exactly when writing this post, so I want you to enjoy the atmosphere through the photos. However, the dessert was really delicious. This is just my theory based on my own experience, but I believe in the cooking of a shop where the dessert is delicious. Through the conversation with the owner, I felt his passion for research to improve the quality of the cooking, and I deeply felt that this person is a craftsman. So, in summary, the taste is perfect. However, I recommend making a reservation early, and for those coming by car, I recommend knowing the location of the parking lot (especially the entrance between the pharmacy and the bento shop) in advance!

This is my favorite shop. However, because the chef is very unique, the impression might be divided. (Maybe because of his researcher temperament, or because he is very particular, he cares a lot about the food and the customers.) Now the chef is running it alone, so it takes time to serve. I recommend it when you have plenty of time. Also, I think phone reservations are almost mandatory. The food, especially the vegetable-based ones, is very delicious. The meat is also good, but there are few shops where the vegetables are delicious, so I am grateful. The bread the chef bakes himself (especially the focaccia) is also good. However, if you don't say anything, it will come out in a huge volume. It might be difficult for women to finish it. If you ask, they can make it smaller, so I recommend ordering a smaller portion at first (especially for dinner). It seems the price has gone up a little recently, but personally, considering the quality and service, the price is totally reasonable.

I visited for a New Year's party lunch. An Italian restaurant I've been interested in for a long time. First, round bread and focaccia were served (refills OK!). In order, appetizer, pasta, dessert, drink. The seasoning made me want to drink wine, but I held back this time. They checked in detail whether I could eat garlic or liver? etc. The staff's smiling service made the shop's atmosphere bright, and it will lead to the next visit. Thank you for the meal.
