I have been to various shops in Nara, Osaka, Hyogo, but I am happy that it was also made in Yawata😆 I ate small Saika ramen full of garlic and cabbage😊 Saika history is already decades🤣 How many hundreds of bowls have I eaten🤣 It has become soul food🎵 Saika Ramen is a super popular ramen shop known as the origin of "Tenri Ramen", which started from a stall in Tenri City, Nara Prefecture in 1968. Unique spicy stamina soup that combines secret soy sauce with strong garlic, and a large amount of cabbage continues to fascinate many fans. 🍜 3 Main Features of Saika Ramen Cabbage Mountain: Cabbage, chives, and pork stir-fried boldly in a Chinese wok are served overflowing from the bowl. Strong Punch: It is a stimulating taste with garlic and chili imported directly from Sichuan Province (Lajiang) in a soy sauce-based soup. Homemade Thin Noodles: Uses unique thin noodles that blend well with the thick spicy soup. 💵 Main Menu and Price Range Flagship menu "Saika Ramen" can be chosen from 1 serving (small) and 2 servings (large). Saika Ramen (small, 1 serving): 900 yen~ Saika Ramen (large, 2 servings): 1.180 yen~ Topping: Raw egg (100 yen), chashu, hot spring egg, etc. Side menu: Fried rice set (ramen price + 300 yen~), grilled gyoza, fried chicken, etc. (*Prices may vary slightly depending on the store and time.)

Kyoto Yawata "Saika Ramen" Nara famous shop. Located in a corner of the area where there are shops like Ram~ etc. Entered after 17:00, it was empty and I could sit immediately. Ordering from the touch panel. I ordered Saika Ramen large portion and small rice. If you eat ramen here, sweat from your face comes out amazingly. It drips into the ramen and becomes a new topping(´༎ຶ۝༎ຶ)

I admit it is addictive, but I felt it was a bowl that is quite divided in taste. Queued for "Tenri Ramen". Stamina system with plenty of cabbage, visual that seems very addictive with the umami of fried ingredients dissolved in spicy soup. Thin noodles are also to my liking. However, the honest impression is that the saltiness is very strong. If you enter with the image of "Kyoto = elegant/light", I think you will be overwhelmed by the strength of the punch. It might be a taste that fits those who like strong taste, but for me it felt a bit severe halfway through. I looked for vinegar to alleviate the taste, but it was not on the table. I was a little surprised that although there is a gyoza menu, there is no vinegar for changing the taste or vinegar for gyoza (is this a regional difference?). Service and hospitality are no problem, very ordinary. It was good to be able to experience it once, but I think it is a ramen that is clearly divided in taste rather than for everyone. I understand the reason for the queue, but it was a taste that did not fit my taste.

Service and hospitality are ordinary Excuse me, despite queuing, I didn't think the ramen was delicious at all... Too salty to retire halfway I asked my partner to eat it forcibly, but my partner also sank... To the extent of sleeping after eating... Unless you are a very strong taste person, it may not be accepted by everyone Fried rice is also soggy with oil There are reviews that the main store is delicious, but because it is too salty here, I don't have courage. I was very shocked because I expected it. Thank you very much

First visit to Yawata branch for lunch after returning from a nearby home center Because it is around noon on a holiday, it is full and there is 1 group of waiting customers Could sit in about 10 minutes I ordered Saika Ramen (large) + green onion topping 1,280 yen for lunch I was able to eat Saika Ramen with plenty of vegetables after a long time (Large) is 2 servings and the volume is quite a lot, but I managed to finish it However, the soup was very salty and I drank water while trying to finish it Thank you for the meal🙏
