ラー麺ずんどう屋 was born on April 4, 2002 in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture. It's known for its rich soup made from a slowly simmered tonkotsu broth with added back fat. We're also particular about our house-made noodles, carefully crafted using high-quality wheat.

I visited after several years. The soup had no flavor and was in the category of bad. Green onion chashu donburi, even though it costs 400 yen, it only contains green onions. Other stores properly contain chashu. Staff are only people who can only do service without emotion like robots. The senior member also felt bad even looking from the counter. The level is far from Ippudo or Ikkousha. I won't go here anymore.

Japanese-style ramen (thin noodles) + fried rice Japanese-style ramen, choose thin noodles or curly noodles when ordering Fried rice is delicious enough to repeat! Especially the doneness of the egg and the deliciousness of the broth Takana that comes out as a service is spicier than it looks (wise to add little by little) Greeting each other between waiters is also always pleasant. It seems there is no ramen and fried rice set menu etc 2025.12.30.13:40 When entering the store, the cash register area was crowded, but they immediately asked "for how many people?" and guided me. Looked at the menu at the seat and ordered, payment after eating. Watching it, cleaning up after finishing eating is fast. Cooperation between waiters is wonderful. In an instant, the plates were dry and lined up. Meanwhile, if an order comes in, they greet each other "XX order received", and connect it to the next action. I was shown pleasant cooperation. Ramen ordered original taste, thin noodles, large portion, light back fat, sprinkled with plenty of sesame seeds, I ate it very deliciously. 2024.09.07. Around 23:00 Today I ate cold tonkotsu tsukemen without garlic chips, large portion. Delicious. But for me the spicy sensation was strong. Next time, I want to eat without garlic chips and without spicy HOT, plus sesame seeds. The amount, if it's a large portion of original taste, that alone is full, but tsukemen seems to be able to be a special portion. Waiter teamwork remains wonderful. Members were slightly different from before, but the spirit of the part-time worker wearing 🔰 is wonderful. Toridoll shop 2024.09.14. 22:40

Ordered set A for lunch. Serving is fast. Fried chicken (karaage) is also crispy and juicy and delicious. Fried rice is also not bad. The soup, although it has a little habit, I think it's delicious. But the thin noodles are like vermicelli, maybe people's tastes differ. I chose normal but maybe it would change if made firm. Overall I felt it was delicious. Next time I will eat gyoza too

I visited at lunch. Because I went early, seats were empty, but after 12 o'clock it became full. Tonkotsu is thick, but the salty taste is not felt much, there is richness and it is delicious. I also finished the soup. Noodles can be chosen from two types, and the firmness seems to be requestable.

Ordered seasoned egg ramen (980 yen), gyoza (350 yen). Thin straight noodles, choose normal firmness. The soup is thick, sticks to the noodles, I think those who like thick taste will definitely like it. Takana topping to change the taste is also good. Gyoza is full of filling and feels like meat. Because the thick and salty taste is strong, I drank 3 glasses of water. Thank you for the meal.
