(It's a motorcycle with 3 written on the back.) It's impossible to drive while doing something else while working. I called the store and conveyed it, but it seems like it will be ignored, so I'm writing here. This is the first time I've seen reviews here... I think many things should be improved.

Are they complacent because there are few competitors, I got the impression that they do whatever they want, such as being late for the scheduled time, bringing items different from the order, etc. I want them to work sincerely. Also, I often see delivery motorcycles, I want them to try to drive more safely.

Delivery was delayed by more than 1 hour without much apology, when I called in the middle I was told about 15 minutes more but of course it didn't come, at that time I couldn't trust it and I didn't want it to be cold, so I told them to make a new one and bring it from the store but it didn't seem so, when it arrived there were missing items. When I inquired about it, I was told that they would redeliver after a while but it didn't come even after about 1 hour, when I inquired again, a different person from the one who handled the phone before came out, and said that all delivery people are out, so delivery will be done after someone returns, because they made me wait, they will refund the money, so I only asked for a refund, and refused the delivery of the products. Additional note: The day after the above, while I was spending time thinking the refund for the missing items was slow, they responded with a refund for the entire amount of the products received (about 13k) not just the missing items. It was a god-like response that overturned expectations, so I gave it 4 stars. In addition, I also got a 500 yen discount coupon, so I would like to use it again if there is an opportunity.

Because picking it up yourself is cheaper, even if I try to go pick it up, there is no parking lot, and the road in front of the store is near an intersection, so it is dangerous to park. In the end, I have no choice but to have it delivered, so it's expensive and I don't order anymore.

I ate Pizza-La for the first time. It's delicious. I should have noticed it sooner.
