Negiyaki Tiger
【Why not taste delicious teppanyaki at Negiyaki Tiger in the Yawata area of Kyoto Prefecture?】 Negiyaki Tiger in the Yawata area of Kyoto Prefecture is a takeout-only restaurant that serves teppanyaki such as negiyaki, using plenty of green onions picked in the morning from Kujo green onion farmers. The Kujo green onions used have introduced traceability (the ability to grasp the distribution route of products from producers to consumers), and this is the first negiyaki shop in Kyoto created by Kujo green onion farmers. The negiyaki from Kujo green onion farmers uses Kujo green onions picked every morning, beef tendon stewed until it is soft and tender, and all the oil used for grilling is homemade...

A teppanyaki shop run by a couple of green onion farmers. You cannot eat inside, everything is takeout. As per its reputation, the negiyaki and yakisoba full of green onions were delicious. It's voluminous and filling, and on top of that, it's very cheap 👍 Since it takes quite a while to be ready, I recommend making a reservation by phone in advance. You can see the business calendar on Instagram, but it seems they will be closed for a while from March 29, 2026, due to the busy farming season. Business is scheduled to resume around October 2026. I'm glad I was able to eat before they closed.

However, the taste was average, so I thought it would be even more delicious if I added shichimi or mixed in some yakiniku sauce myself. There were a lot of green onions, but I personally prefer sliced green onions that aren't grilled. But it was good. I'll buy it again. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleStopped by on a road bike from Osaka after 1 year. The price was still 500 yen (negiyaki). It's a taste you crave sometimes. It contains half a year's worth of green onion intake for a year lol You can't eat in, so it's eat-out at the table in front of the shop.
View on GoogleFound it on YouTube, attracted by the content of the reviews, so I just bought it for takeout earlier. Wow~~~~ It's full of green onions just like the reviews said, this will be a holy place for green onion lovers. Good value for money, and with a prior phone reservation, you can receive the product with zero waiting time. As others have written, it's better to order by saying "a little less sauce!" so that the deliciousness of the green onions stands out more. I confidently recommend it to green onion lovers.
View on GoogleI went before noon, but because orders were piling up, there was a wait of about 30 minutes. Not only customers coming directly, but phone orders were also coming in constantly. It's best to order by phone in advance and then go to pick it up at the specified time. The curry looked like it had an imbalance between the amount of rice and curry, but because the seasoning is quite rich, this amount actually feels just right. The negiyaki is packed with green onions and beef tendon, and 500 yen is a great deal. It was delicious.
