I went to Tadokoro Shoten, a miso ramen specialty store. You can choose the type of miso according to your mood or preference for the day, such as Shinshu Miso (slightly rich), Kyushu Miso (sweet), and Hokkaido Miso (rich), and there are also limited-time miso options, so you can enjoy various miso ramen. The Hokkaido Miso ramen has a rich and flavorful miso broth with depth, which pairs well with the crunchy vegetables and curly noodles. Gyoza is served with a miso sauce, and the acidity and umami of the miso are exquisite. The special meat miso bowl features sweet and spicy seasoned meat miso that goes perfectly with rice, and it's so delicious you could eat it on its own. The fried chicken is also crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and well-seasoned, making it very satisfying. For those with children, it's great that they give out toys on weekends, and the kids' menu also comes with a toy, so the children are very happy.

I went to the miso ramen specialty store 'Menba Tadokoro Shoten' in Yahata. It's a fun shop where you can choose miso ramen from various regions. This time, I ordered and compared the 'Hokkaido Miso' and 'Ise Miso' ramen. The Hokkaido Miso ramen had a rich yet smooth soup that was exquisite, as if I could drink it forever. I think it's a classic taste that everyone would like. On the other hand, the Ise Miso, as the menu stated 'has a bitterness', had a slightly unique taste, but that actually made it deep and very delicious. As side dishes, I ordered fried chicken and gyoza, both of which were delicious and perfect accompaniments to the ramen. I also tried the 'Miso Cola' that caught my eye on the menu. It didn't taste as much like miso as I expected; it felt more like the cola you find at a candy store. Since you can enjoy different miso depending on your mood that day, I would like to try other flavors next time.
