さば寿し 一十Saba-Sushi It
This is a taste passed down from grandmother to mother, a product that our mothers sold at the Sarumaru Market for over 20 years, and a familiar local dish of our hometown that has been made on various occasions. We would like to increase the opportunities for everyone to eat it, so we sell it every weekend. We would be happy if you could feel free to call out 'Give me that!' and visit us. The number we can make in a day is limited. We will end sales as soon as they are gone.

It's been a long time since I've eaten such a well-balanced and delicious mackerel sushi! The fat content and the vinegar are exquisite, and above all, the rice is delicious♪♪ The chewiness is also the best👍 I became a fan in an instant☺️
View on GoogleI drove to Ujitawara to buy my favorite mackerel sushi! 'Saba Sushi Ichiju' is located past a beautifully maintained garden. I arrived home and had it for lunch! It reminded me of how my grandmother and mother used to make mackerel sushi occasionally, not just during festivals. Such a nostalgic taste! If I can eat such delicious mackerel sushi at a low price, I will come back to buy it again even if it's a bit far!
View on GoogleI happened to find it while wandering around Ujitawara! A mackerel sushi shop😍 I bought it for the first time, but it's super delicious😆 I can't believe there's such a delicious mackerel sushi shop so close by! I will repeat again
View on GoogleFor mackerel sushi lovers, it's irresistibly delicious. I've eaten it seasonally throughout the year. The rolled sushi using seasonal vegetables and the mackerel soboro sushi served at events are also exquisite. It's a taste that even toddlers can stuff their cheeks with and say it's delicious. When I visited in winter, they had a bonfire in front of the shop to warm up the customers, and sometimes there are Ujitawara vegetables that you can get for free. No matter what season you visit, the scenery of Saba Sushi Ichiju and the mackerel sushi are the best.
View on GoogleThey have a stall at the Sarumaru Market at Sarumaru Shrine, known as the wart-removing shrine, on the 13th of every month. It's a popular shop, so it sells out in the morning, but it's safe to have them hold it for you. For those who can't make it on weekends, you can also buy it on the 13th.
