Stopped here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the set menu - it’s both delicious and a great value. The meal includes an appetizer, salad, vegetables, your choice of rice (white, mixed, or seasonal), dessert, a drink, and of course the main course (you can even double the main for a small extra charge). I went with the black pepper steak, which was grilled over charcoal and packed with flavor. Others in our group had the roasted chicken, and it was just as impressive. Everything we tried was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The restaurant has a cozy, welcoming vibe, like dining at a friend’s house. Highly recommend stopping by!
View on GoogleA lovely little find off the beaten path of the Main Street! Stumbled upon it and throughly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and great food. A very well priced set lunch menu! Would definitely recommend and go again if I return! The owner was very hospitable - the place used to be her grandads house, where her and her cousin converted it into the restaurant it is today! (And she owed her great cooking skills to her mum!)
View on GoogleWe decided to visit Nico on rainy Thursday evening not expecting much but wanting meat. We were welcomed with smiles and even when there was language barrier and we are obviously foreigners. Ordering was done by Qr code and menu was in English not just translated by Google. We decided on course meal and I am glad we did! Course was made out of 6 separate meals! Assorted appetizers, soup, small dish, salad, main meal (you could choose the meat you wanted) and dessert with free tea. Every dish was amazing, full of flavour and we could feel it was done fresh and from the best ingredients. They were obviously very adamant about freshness and you could even see a pamphlet where each ingredient came from. Service was lovely and we didn't feel rushed or too didn't wait long. I highly recommend coming here for the course dinner, but they offer mornings, cafe and even lunch. This is hidden gem and I hope more good people will support them.
View on GoogleI found the food that was good was fantastic and the food I didn't like I really, really didn't enjoy - no in-between. For example, the salad was very salty and I found it inedible, meanwhile the omelet was delicious and I could have gone for more of them!
View on GoogleFamily-run, everything homemade with fresh local ingredients. They introduced me to salted raw pepper ground with olive oil, and it was insanely good! 🥲 I really wonder why I have never ever seen it before.
