Hatena Burger is *fine* - you can order a standard burger or customize it to your heart's content. There is a beautiful Zelda stained glass window and some other Nintendo themed props around, but my biggest complaint is in the country home to Kirby Cafes, Pokemon Cafes, and the like, why are there no Nintendo themed food items? Just feels like a tremendous missed opportunity!
View on GoogleAfter reading all the negative reviews I was considering skipping this restaurant but im glad I didn’t. Was it overpriced? Yes. Was the food as bad as people say? No. I had the chicken burger and it was good. The app was a cute experience that gamified the ordering and for me it was worth it. The staff was super nice all over the museum and the restaurant was no exception!
View on Googlemy best meal experience in japan. i am a vegetarian and sadly a very picky eater the custom burger allowed me to actually have a meal in soooo long, they even let me remove the sauce without any hassle on the other hand my partner is super adventurous so he got an absolute mix of everything both burgers were super nice, nice ice cream was very milky overall really lovely experience the ordering is done online with English as an option and you pay with a barcode making it also very welcoming to those who don't know Japanese
View on GoogleWe came here after our long visit at the main exhibit of the Nintendo museum. This was actually some decent food though it was expensive. The food was just decent and not very memorable. The best part of this was honestly the ordering process itself in which you were able to customize your burger by choosing the color of the buns and ingredients as well. After placing our order through our mobile phone, were were led to the front register where we provided the barcode and paid. Afterward, we were sat down until out order number was called. Overall decent experience but I didn't feel it was worth the price at all.
View on GoogleI've had better burgers but I still went because it's part of the museum experience! You have a QR code and order through your phone. I didn't know how to just order the burger so I just ordered the combo twice. I liked that the workers said if they wanted us to take a picture in front of the cafe and brought us to our tables. It was a wonderful experience. Although I've had better food, it's an experience I won't forget since it was a fun day.
