All stars are so deserving! When I first moved to Japan, this was one of the first restaurants I ate at. The food is just absolutely amazing! I usually order the LocoMoco with a fruit juice and it's just amazing. The salad dressing is sweet and delicious. The mac and cheese is so cheesy! I can seriously eat a whole bowl of just the mac and cheese. The fries are crispy and well seasoned. The hamburger, rice, and eggs are so delicious as well. The sauce blends well with everything. I also ordered the Kona Mountainst Roast coffee, and that was really good! Sometimes special breads will be available, and today I got the banana bread--that was delicious as well. Basically, overall, this place is well worth a visit! They've been in Uji since 2012, and there's a reason why. The service and atmosphere are also so pleasant. Very friendly people, and they have an adorable cat. Great Hawaiian vibes here. I will miss this place! The next time I come to Uji, I will make sure to visit and order delicious food. My absolute favorite restaurant in Uji 💕 I can't count the number of times I've been here! My go-to is the loco moco, but everything else I've tried is equally amazing. The owners are also incredibly friendly and they have an adorable cat that can sometimes be seen around the cafe🐈 Be sure to check their Instagram for their hours/ open days because they can be closed sporadically for events and such~

Good Hawaiian-themed restaurant/cafe with good selection of pancakes and other meals and drinks (coffee, tea, soft drinks from Hawaii) Update: the other day for lunch, I was lucky to try out their "service menu": Hawaiian Hot Dog with roast beef and pineapple. A surprisingly good combination! It was very reasonably priced as well, for less than 1,000yen with a full plate. Recommended, along with all other dishes that are equally good. :)

Fabulous find. Would highly recommend. Sunrise lemon and mint juice was so refreshing. Lunch pancakes were delicious!!

Nice atmosphere (Hawaiian style). Seems to have delishes sweet pancakes with cream and sweets. We had only a cup of coffee, unfortunately this had nearly no taste.
