Service is slow, and the name tag paper is often left on the meat plate. Maybe staff training is needed. But since the tongue was delicious, I will come again♡

This time I visited around 19:00 on the Friday before Golden Week. I posted a harsh comment last time, but I thought it had been improved a lot. The seats were almost full, and I thought they were busy, but I wanted the beer to be brought faster. Meat is available from affordable ones to expensive ones with rare parts. Personally, I think it's better to order various items separately than the assortment. Especially the tongue, top mino, and tecchan offal are really fresh!! However, since I personally love urute, I was disappointed that it was cut too small and shrank into a one-centimeter lump when grilled... That's a pity. Since I'm aiming for offal, I'd like them to improve it. Also, as a request, I would be very happy if they provided Yebisu draft beer, craft beer, and bottles of Bordeaux red wine (Grand Vin or higher rating). Since I made a reservation by phone in the evening, I was able to be guided without waiting time at the arrival time at night.
