For those who like hard bread, this is a very wonderful shop that you should visit at least once. I bought the baguette I was aiming for this time, and the fragrant crispy texture on the outside was in contrast to the inside dough which was surprisingly chewy and really delicious. The more you chew, the richer the original flavor of wheat and gentle sweetness spread in your mouth, and it was exquisite whether eaten as is or lightly toasted with butter. The calm atmosphere of the shop and the polite customer service of the staff are also comfortable, and it is clear that the other breads lined up are also carefully made. This time I had the baguette as the main, but next time I want to try various things such as Danish and other side dish breads. It has become a favorite bakery that I want to visit again and again, perfect for a little luxury in daily life.

A delicious bakery in Yamazaki. The dough is chewy or crispy, and the sandwiches and side dish breads also have fresh vegetables, very delicious. I enjoyed an avocado sandwich, raw ham pancetta, and uguisu bean bread with coffee or cafe latte on the terrace seats. For eat-in, there are about 5 counter seats, and there are 2 terrace seats outside, so the atmosphere is good and recommended. It is crowded in the morning and lunchtime on weekends, and since the shop is not spacious, there is a line in front of the shop due to entry restrictions, so it is recommended to come at a different time. However, if you go in the evening, there are not many types of bread left, so it might be better to line up and go early. The types of bread also change depending on the season and day, so there are different types every time and it is fun to choose. From JR Yamazaki Station, it is about a 10-minute walk on a road with a gentle slope, but the scenery is good, so it is better to go while taking a walk. I think it is especially beautiful in the cherry blossom season. There are 2 parking spaces but it is crowded, so walking, bicycle, or motorcycle is recommended.

The contents were plentiful and the dough was also very delicious🤤 There is an eat-in space although it is narrow✨️ I went at lunchtime on Sunday so there was a line but I was able to enter relatively smoothly🙆‍♀️ The popular plum juice was also delicious(*´ч`*) Because there were many people lining up behind, I paid quickly with PayPay, but it seems the cashier staff didn't check it💦 They were confused and it took a lot of time, a bit troublesome. The owner? was very kind, so other than the mess at the cash register, it was wonderful😋🌸

Very delicious bread🍞 Because it opens early in the morning, when I went early, there were various breads lined up🎵 Because it was early, maybe it was before the items increased🎶
