Visited this time on a Sunday. 15 minutes before opening there was no wait. The people at the shop were all kind and polite, very good. I think eating should be a fun time, so a shop that values customer service makes me want to come again. For the menu, I ordered the loin katsu (150g) of 'Rakubuta Sakura Pork'. Rice can be refilled, comes with salad and soup (can be ordered individually). The katsu has a firm red meat part, and the fat is not greasy, so I was surprised. The taste of the sauce, I don't know if the expression is appropriate, but let's say fruity, the taste is not straight and I felt a depth as if it was prepared with time and effort. The salad dressing was also not too salty and not too thin, easy to eat, and the soup was also delicious. Since I don't eat much, I usually can't eat that much, but because it was so delicious, I rarely refilled rice. At that time, I was grateful that he asked if this amount was okay.
