I loved this place. Inside was so relaxing… beautiful antiques and old Japanese guitars ( Shimano and yamaki ) . Very nice modern jazz playing in the background ( no nasty fusion or standards ) , excellent food and friendly service. I’ll be back!!!

2026.2.23 tried for the first time for lunch. I had the lunch plate. It is 2,000 yen. Cards could also be used. More than anything, I love the atmosphere of the old house too much, I might repeat it!! The location is in Nantan-shi, Kyoto, and honestly it is a difficult place to go to, but there were few people and I could enjoy it leisurely! I was also allowed to go up to the 2nd floor, and there were many good old products. Thank you for the meal!

Located all alone as you go along a quiet road. It is an unexplored region. There are many parking lots but the location is hard to understand. I think it is good to ask in advance. It seems you can also park in front of the shop. Because it is a gallery cafe, the inside of the shop is quite spacious and if sofa seats, tatami, or tables are empty, you can choose as you like. Until the food came, I enjoyed looking at the gallery on the 2nd floor and inside the shop. There are various menus but I chose the daily plate for 1500 yen. The salad, quiche, and main dish were also delicious. I could eat it quickly. Also, there were small works and vegetables sold in the shop, which was fun. I think it is a place where you can spend time quietly even alone.

Strawberry parfait was seasonal limited. It seems better to make a reservation in advance.

I am healed by the atmosphere of the old house. A space like a grandmother's house in the countryside. In the tatami room, there are kotatsu and sofas so you can relax. The seasonal limited strawberry parfait with lots of strawberries was delicious. The Taiwanese sponge cake that was also used in the strawberry parfait was moist, fluffy and fine-grained, and delicious. The author's works are casually displayed, or sold. The road for a few meters to the parking lot is a little narrow, but 1 car can pass. It is a square-like parking lot and easy to park.
