Authentic Edomae, red rice which is rare in Kyoto. It seems they also order ingredients from Tsukiji, it was very delicious. A slight drawback is that the chef often boasts about himself?
View on GoogleThe chef's personality is good, and the dishes filled with commitment are masterpieces! The freshness of the seafood is very high, and it's cost-effective, so I'm very satisfied!
View on GoogleIt's a pity because the sushi is delicious. The hygiene concept is the worst. Scratching sweat on the forehead, then holding sushi with the same hand. Doesn't wash hands after touching dirty things. Doesn't use soap in the first place. The climax is touching the drain garbage basket in the sink, then touching things at the sushi station without washing those hands. The shop is clean. The toilet is also clean. The sushi is also Edomae which is valuable in Kyoto, delicious and cost-effective. That's why the chef who lacks a hygiene concept is a pity. If he improves it, I would visit again.
View on GoogleSushi and single dishes are very delicious. The sea urchin (uni) roll was large and very satisfying. Also, the boiled conger eel (ni-anago) is so soft that it melts in your mouth, I recommend it.
