High-end Japanese cuisine at a very reasonable price. The chef's selection lunch set was perfection with every dish, from the sashimi all the way to the chawanmushi and even the pickles. Great modern yet relaxing atmosphere, and the peeks I took into the kitchen left me impressed and curious for more. I look forward to my next meal here.

Came in on a rainy day. Me and my friend made a reservation. Their sashimu/sushi is excellent. If you want kaiseki/omakase, you need to reserve it in advance and explicitly request it. They also have a teppanyaki menu for those who don't like fish.

Perhaps because it is carefully cooked after the order is received, it takes a considerable amount of time for the food to be served. Therefore, it is highly recommended to visit when you are not starving or when your schedule is not tight, but rather when you have plenty of time. Also, since advance reservation is mandatory including for lunch time, you need to plan ahead and secure a seat, rather than just dropping by. Although the finish shows the chef's dedication, considering the overall cost performance including waiting time and the hassle of reservation, it might be a bit selective for people. If the purpose is to prepare in advance and spend a relaxing time, it's not a bad option.

A shop that was always full and made me curious. It's about a 5-minute walk from Hankyu Nagaokatenjin Station. There were about 2 tables and about 7 counter seats. The counter seats are high. It was cooked by one person. I ordered the 4,400 yen course. I could eat various types, but the impression was, which one was the main? It was delicious, but a little unsatisfying.. Ordering single items is recommended. There was a wide variety of drinks.
