Average ramen you can find. The wait after ordering was over 20min, the longest I’ve ever experienced. Not worth the wait.

I wrote a summary at the end. If you want to see the conclusion, please skip this long text. The taste is 5 stars. This is an impression after eating almost all ramen in multiple visits, but I especially recommend Ginryu and tonkotsu ramen (2 photos). Kinryu did not suit me personally. The price and amount are normal and ramen and side menus are abundant. Noodles change depending on the ramen (80% of the menu is thin noodles). You can usually enter without lining up. However, the response of the female staff in their 30s and 50s cannot be said to be good. As a real experience, when we entered with 5,6 people, there was an order trouble (kaedama did not arrive), and without a word of sorry, maybe they brought it as it was after making it and leaving it. I think there is a problem not only with the staff but also with the shop itself (owner). Contradictory, but I thought the owner's response was the only good one among Ryusen staff... Based on the above, the overall rating is about 3.5 stars (3 stars for those who prioritize customer service). For those who are thinking of going here, I do not recommend coming in large groups. If 1,2 people, there will be no trouble. (Might be a little uncomfortable with the staff's attitude.) I wrote at length, but I prioritize taste, and I go occasionally although irregularly, so I gave 4 stars on the notation (my heart is 3.5 stars). The staff's customer service is not particularly too bad, so why not visit once? As I wrote at the beginning, the taste is really delicious. It's really a waste only for the customer service!

I visited again with expectations, but this time I had to feel a decline in quality overall. The biggest strangeness is in the noodles, even though it uses noodles from Menya Teigaku, a prestigious school that Kyoto is proud of, the impression is that its potential is not used at all. Whether it's because of the boiling level or compatibility with the soup, the original flavor and texture of the noodles are not utilized, and I felt that the commitment was empty. Also, regarding gyoza which used to be one of the pleasures, it is very regrettable that the powerful impact like before has faded and settled on a mediocre taste. In the current situation where cooking technology and side menu quality do not catch up with the signboard that noodles are purchased from a famous shop, I have no choice but to give this rating. I sincerely hope they will regain the satisfaction like before.

Originally operated under the name Ryuryuken, but it seems the shop name has been changed. There are many counter and table seats in the shop, so I think it's quite large for an individual shop. This time I ate the thick Ryusen (850 yen). The soup is cloudy brown with fine back fat sprinkled on it. The noodles are thin straight and the toppings are plenty of green onions and bean sprouts. Char siu is thinly sliced boiled pork and I felt it was a bit dry. Since there is only one tissue in the shop, I want them to put tissues or napkins near each seat.

I ate Super Golden Ramen (Jiro type) noodle extra gyoza set. Ramen is black soy sauce based and a bit salty. Noodles are medium-thick noodles and if you chew them, the taste disappears, vegetables are only bean sprouts? Bean sprouts are crunchy.
