Machida Shoten Nagaokakyo is a Yokohama Iekei ramen specialty shop characterized by its rich and creamy tonkotsu soy sauce soup. A 20-minute walk from the east exit of JR Tokaido Line 'Nagaokakyo Station', it is also close to Jonenji, and can be used for lunch, dinner, or a meal after work. The soup, which uses tonkotsu luxuriously and takes time to bring out the umami, is characterized by a thick texture and a rich yet low-odor taste. It goes well with the medium-thick noodles manufactured in our own factory, and you can choose from 'Tonkotsu Shoyu' or 'Tonkotsu Shio'.
