The hamburg sauce is delicious. I was very satisfied to be able to eat delicious food at an affordable price. The fillet katsu is tender and melts in your mouth! There are few seats, parking for only 2 cars, and the surrounding area is residential, so when coming by car, please don't park illegally. Closed on Mondays, and business hours are short.

Without any research, I passed by and went in on intuition, I ate tongue stew and beef stew (Bourguignon = Burgundy style). It was a stew with less liquid than I imagined, but the meat, which had been simmered slowly, melted and was tender; it seemed like something you couldn't make at home (lol) It's a mystery why the fried shrimp was served with pumpkin tempura, but since I personally like it, I was happy☆ I don't know if it's homemade, but the tartar sauce for the fried shrimp can also be used to change the flavor of the tongue stew, so you can enjoy the dish until the end without getting bored. I haven't eaten the signature hamburg or steak, but I assume they must be quite good. When I looked up the meaning of 'Caburo', it came up as French for 'country restaurant', but I forgot to ask the staff, so I don't know the real intention. I'm curious.

Lunch on weekdays is a good deal. You can have a pretty delicious meal.

I always got takeout, but this was my first time eating in. The seats are on the second floor. -------------- The takeout hamburg is delicious.

Lunch. Visited with high expectations due to the good rating. Ordered the hamburg and omelet set. It's normally delicious.
