This is a favorite udon shop that I stop by if I'm nearby. Last time I had the chicken tempura and udon set meal, this time I had nabeyaki udon. The noodles, which are particular about wheat, are chewy and smooth. And the flavorful broth is very delicious! The nabeyaki udon simmered slowly on the stove was very hot and very delicious. There are many other menus I want to try, and I want to visit again. And, the wonderful space like a cafe is also good😊
View on GoogleLuxurious Daimyo Udon, chewy texture is the best" Today I ordered Daimyo Udon (1,500 yen). A luxurious bowl containing 2 shrimp, pumpkin, shishito, shimeji (?), seaweed, fried tofu, eggplant, nori, and even beef. The noodles are smooth and chewy. The broth is also light, and I could eat it deliciously until the end. Each ingredient can be tasted well, and it is very satisfying.
View on GoogleI was curious because there has been an udon shop for a long time and today I opened the door. I felt the shop was quite spacious with the kitchen in the middle. Of course, are they social workers? They handled it properly. I ordered udon suki. A cassette stove was prepared first and a beautifully colored soup was delivered. I ate it with udon as an ingredient, the thick udon had a firm chewiness and was satisfying and delicious. Finally, I put in rice. This is a mistake, but I forgot to put in green onions and ginger as condiments, so I ended up putting ginger in the rice porridge, but it was delicious and I made an unexpected discovery at this age. I apologize to those who say 'I already know that', but for those who have never experienced it, please try it once. There are many menus, so I look forward to the next visit.
View on GooglePayment is cash only! Because the building is stylish, I thought it was a relatively new shop, but it seems to be a local udon shop that has been running for decades. However, thanks to the clean building, it is easy for a woman to enter alone. The udon is smooth but has elasticity and the broth was also very delicious. Because the udon is too smooth, as in other reviews, I feel the regular portion is lacking, so I order a large portion. Also, udon is boiled after ordering, so it is recommended to go when you have time.
View on GoogleUdon and shabu-shabu shop. I used it for lunch. I had the 3 types of tempura zaru udon choice for 950 yen (tax included). Tempura, choose 1 shrimp and 2 types of vegetables. Udon is thin noodles, and even though it's cold noodles, it's soft noodles, not at the level of chewiness. Tempura was freshly fried and hot, but the oil was not drained well. Because the price setting is high, I have doubts about when and in what situation to use this shop. Corona measures: alcohol disinfection installation. Acrylic board installation at counter seats. Staff wearing masks.
