Stopped in here on a whim, and was not disappointed. Very good, made fresh, and the owner is very kind.

I found it from the map and had been curious about it for a long time, so I visited while taking a walk. It's less than 10 minutes from Nishimuko Station. I ordered 8 pieces with green onions for 550 yen and 8 pieces of mentai mayo for 550 yen. Cheap, and I'm grateful for just this. I visited around 20:00 this time. Since it was already made and the hot ones were on the iron plate, I could take it home immediately. I took it home and enjoyed it with Mitsuya Cider. First, regarding the basic takoyaki, the balls are large and the octopus is also solid. The dough is a soft type but has a good hardness so it doesn't fall apart. The dashi flavor felt weak because there was a lot of sauce, but because there is umami, that is a challenge for the next order. (Next time I will try salt without sauce.) The sauce itself is sweet and the acidity is a bit strong. This time I was surprised because the acidity was a taste I'm not used to eating, but maybe this is a taste familiar to the locals. There were more green onions than I thought, and this was also a good deal. Now, regarding the next mentai mayo, the mentai mayo sauce is quite salty and has a punch. It seems to go well with alcohol like beer or lemon chuhai. Personally, the saltiness is a bit too strong so I will refrain from next time, but being able to enjoy various flavors like this is the appeal of Yoshinishiki-san. (There were still other flavors not in the photo.) Overall, it was a very profitable and delicious takoyaki shop, with plenty of sauces and toppings so you can use it daily without getting bored. Thank you for the meal.

My favorite takoyaki shop in Kyoto It's been open for a long time, but the reason it hasn't gone bankrupt is because it's delicious! The texture is quite solid and if you eat 8 pieces you'll be very full Personally I recommend the super spicy sauce There is space to park a car in front of the shop Cash payment only

A rare shop that is delicious even with just salt. The toppings are excellent, and I'm confused. Mentai mayo with green onions is my personal favorite, but I also love picking at it when it's cold without adding anything. I thought this was takoyaki. Eating in is also possible if there are only a few people.

I ate takoyaki. The takoyaki here has good dough, is chewy, and has ingredients like konnyaku in it. There is space to eat inside the shop but it is narrow. There are various types but the recommended one is mentai mayo takoyaki. Various flavors match and it is delicious. Compared to the previous price, the price has indeed gone up.
