I ate Akakage Ramen (980 yen). It consists of menma, 2 types of char siu (rare char siu and cooked char siu), and green onions. It is mainly based on vegetable potage soup, that is, vege-pota soup, and indeed the thick soup that clings to the noodles reflects the amount of vegetables. It's delicious... but is it just my feeling that the amount of soup is a bit small? Overall, it's a solid finish. Since the base is strong, I'm sure you can enjoy any ramen deliciously. The neighbor's grass is greener, isn't it, but the beef in the Gyusuji Akakage Ramen (1,250 yen) of the guy next door looked very delicious (haha). The shop has a long and narrow structure. The front side is the kitchen and counter seats, and if you go to the back there are several box seats (I forgot to count them), and further back there are separate toilets for men and women. I visited on Sunday at 12:30, but were they running it with 2 staff (one more in the back?)? After entering the shop, I couldn't see the staff for a while. From the expressions and intonation of the voice, I felt an atmosphere of "no room" rather than "busy". Please take care of your health...
View on GoogleAkakage-san's ramen, tsukemen, reimen, Karaage, gyoza, whatever you eat is very delicious. They are very committed to soup like vege-pota, and I am grateful that it is low calorie (^^) I will definitely eat the time-limited ones♪ Even for women who are alone, it is very easy to enter♪ After eating ramen here, it's already So delicious that I can't go anywhere else♪
View on GoogleI ordered Akakage Akakara Ramen and Char Siu Don. It was a thick soup called vege-pota with spiciness added, and it felt like the mild and sweet soup neutralized the spiciness. It clung well to the thin noodles and was quite delicious. The ingredients were 2 types of char siu (thinly sliced, thickly sliced), menma, and green onions. Char Siu Don also had 2 types (the thickly sliced ones were chopped), and the thinly sliced ones were soft and delicious, but The thickly sliced ones, although grilled, the grilled corners were hard and the texture was bad so it was difficult to eat, and Because the surface was grilled, it was somewhat warm, but the inside was cold and hard, so It was a bit different from the image and disappointing. The taste of Char Siu Don was not too sweet and I felt that saltiness was the main thing, so it was vague, so I thought it would be better if there was a punch or one more flavor. It seems the set meals are cheap, so I was very interested.
View on GoogleThe soup is thick, tonkotsu type? And vegetables boiled, no smell and the aftertaste was clean. Truly potage! Delicious🍜😋✨ This time I ordered Vege-pota large with full toppings. Although it is low calorie, the taste was strong and very delicious. Char siu standard for vege-pota ramen is special char siu that is thick and thinly sliced. The thick char siu melts in the mouth, and the specially thinly sliced char siu is also delicious. The unique soup is not sipped like other chain stores, but feels like it is mixed with noodles as an ingredient. Light soy sauce ramen is also not inferior and delicious🍜😋✨ This time, I had special miso ramen regular with boiled egg, green onions, and garlic. Miso ramen with spicy flavor, thick soup is a taste that cannot be produced by chain stores. I was able to finish it by dipping the white rice from the gyoza set. Shinachiku is also soft and feels good. The inside of the shop has a calm atmosphere and is not noisy. I am convinced of the deliciousness that gathers support from regular customers. The shop owner feels like a Jiro type. He has a craftsman temperament, but it seems it will be good as time goes by. The existence of other anti-comments is proof of a famous shop. The shop is small but honest and strong, it was a valuable bowl. ○ Vege-pota large + special char siu + green onions + boiled egg + garlic. ○ Akakage Ramen regular + special char siu + green onions. ○ Soy sauce ramen regular + green onions + boiled egg
View on GoogleA taken-over shop and the inside of the shop is cluttered with various things. It feels like it hasn't been cleaned and 100 yen disposable chopsticks. In addition, the atmosphere that the relationship between the staff must be bad is very felt. The ramen is average. But the grilled char siu was delicious. Two students who came next to me were eating while praising it as delicious, so maybe tastes differ.
