Rural soba was delicious and easy to swallow. My daughter liked the egg bowl and ate it heartily. Udon is very long, my daughter had trouble dipping it in the sauce. There are many single and set menus, I was confused but because I wanted volume, I ordered the tendon set zaru soba. Soba has a sharp sauce and is easy to swallow, very good. I am happy that there are two small bowls of pickles. Rice tendon is hard and tendon sauce is not poured at the beginning, I am happy to be able to pour it myself later. The tendon sauce itself is not too sweet and smooth, the impression is balanced. The shrimp at the very back is also chewy and delicious. Finally, soba water is also served.
