Visit afternoon May 19, 2026 Coffee shop near Muko Shrine, Muko City, Kyoto Prefecture That day I went around with a shared bicycle from Nishi-Muko Station and came here After eating lunch at Kitchen TARO across the street, there were some previous customers and I went to the table seat in the back The menu was not on the table but posted on the wall behind the counter, and I had a smoke while enjoying coffee and jam toast The shop was at first glance run by two people, the master who looked fierce and the grandfather who seemed to be his father? Since there was a photo that seemed to be a photo of the master's late mother in the shop, did she pass away recently? The shop had a retro interior with a calm atmosphere and was very good

The shop's atmosphere is good but the tea is ¥400 The taste is nothing special However, although it's old-fashioned, it's spacious and relaxing I like coffee shops like this However, there aren't many sweets, so it might be better not to think about sweets

About 50 years?? A coffee shop that has been operating here. Showa era shop, it has a nice feel. It's near the velodrome.

This is the worst, it's a shop that hates Korea, run by an old couple, when they took the order, they asked if I was Joseon (Korean), and when I answered that I was Korean, they asked three times when I would return even though it had only been 15 minutes since I sat down, and they lied that there was no toilet. I felt bad so I ignored it and used the toilet, and when I returned, my coffee cup and water glass had been cleared. I was angry but I endured it and returned, and I felt disgusted to hear the sound of laughter behind me. I understand that old people might be like that because of the historical background, but couldn't they have refused the order in the first place? And young Korean people are not people from that era, don't discriminate with a narrow-minded and old-fashioned way of thinking, I planned to record a video and report it to a community or YouTube, but it seems they don't have much time left to live so I just endured it ^^
