We (family of 4 with 2 young kids) had a wonderful time. Made a reservation for lunch (reservation only). Everything was delicious and our kids loved watching the trains go right by outside. Well worth the trip to find the restaurant! Look forward to revisiting sometime in the future.

In accordance with the shop name, this is a shop that serves beef tongue as the main menu. I visited with short-term thinking like "If it's beef tongue, it's yakiniku, and grilled dishes", but I was surprised by the abundance of menus and cooking methods. Even with the same beef tongue dish, the expression is completely different depending on the menu, so it's not boring. The preparation including dashi is also meticulous, and single-dish dishes other than beef tongue were also delicious. The atmosphere of the people at the shop is also bright, and despite being the first visit, they serve politely and friendly. It is a shop that stands in a residential area a little away from the station, and the location is not good, but it is a shop that made me feel glad I came.

All beef tongue is domestic and delicious, and the beef tongue kalbi grilled rice bowl that I ate for the first time had an exquisite thickness of tongue and had a firm texture, and the delicious white rice cooked with a gas stove kept going. The beef tongue hamburger and marbled beef tongue steak were also delicious, and the dashi rolled egg and the finishing udon were also delicious with the dashi flavor. The udon also had chewy and good noodles. Just the dashi in the iron teapot is delicious enough. The owner and his wife make a very friendly and homey atmosphere, and they show commitment to the interior in various places, creating a wonderful space. The only thing to note is that such a wonderful shop is a shop that is difficult to discover. Located in a corner of a private house, it feels like a hideaway where you can eat delicious beef tongue. Also, for train fans, it is also a train viewing shop where you can see various trains that make you very excited. I don't have many opportunities to go, but I will go again! Thank you for the meal.

About 10 minutes walk from the station, located in a place that is difficult to notice passing through the residential area. You can see the train well from the shop. A blue roof and a large lantern are markers. The 1st floor of a 2-story building is the shop. The deep space has counter seats and 3 table seats. The interior is simple and decorated with American logo designs. Since it also serves as a children's cafeteria, there are soft drinks for 50 yen for children on the menu. You can pick up and see the picture book Poupelle of Chimney Town at any time. The concept of the shop is smoke and connection. It is written as en, not yen. The couple gets along well and talks friendly. Monday is usually a holiday, on weekends there are rentals for events. This time they prepared it also as a promotion. The beef tongue hamburger and sashimi were exquisite. Tableware is a special product made by a friend for commemoration.

I was made aware that there is a way to enjoy beef tongue like this! I had an image that beef tongue = fresh meat like yakiniku appetizers, but Smoke's beef tongue has a rich flavor and the more you chew the more the taste comes out, so my image of beef tongue changed! Beef tongue kalbi is meat with a very delicious taste, so I want people who go to eat it!
