It's cheaper than other tourist spots in Japan and is located within a shopping mall by the beach, offering a great view. The food is just average, but it's cheap and comes in large portions. Good selection in the menu, and the food was tasty enough.

After reading other reviews, I chose this for dinner, ordered shrimp macaroni gratin, omelet rice, and Tianjin rice. Better than expected, the macaroni gratin is very good, Tianjin rice plus gyoza is also good, omelet rice is above average (sauce is similar to Taiwan's red wine sauce)
