Visited for a business trip to Maizuru🍚❗ Because it's a business trip every 1-2 years, I look forward to eating here every time🤩. Price increases due to recent inflation are unavoidable, but still, the cost performance is the best & highest🤟, and above all "delicious💕" Well, this time's order is "Salted Mackerel🐟 Set", my companion is "Salmon Set"... Waiting for 5 minutes❓ the meal arrives🍱. Rice🍚🥣, salad, pickled radish, salted mackerel, small bowl🤤 You can choose the belly or tail for the salted mackerel, I chose "tail" without hesitation👌 Well, the long-awaited salted mackerel, I took a bite😛 "U, u, delicious". This is also the best & highest cost performance. Surprisingly, this is 850 yen‼️‼️ The customers around were all local regulars... If you ever go to Higashi-Maizuru, please try it✨️
View on GoogleAfter finishing the post office tour, there was still time until the ship departed, so I stopped by because I wanted to fill my stomach. 2 glasses of beer, shochu, salted mackerel set & dashi rolled egg For about 3,000 yen... Cheap‼️ Moreover, the dashi rolled egg in this photo was delicious enough to eat a medium portion of rice‼️ So, I ordered the salted mackerel set medium, but... Since the dashi rolled egg was delicious, I ordered more rice... If it was like this, I should have ordered mega portion rice from the beginning... It was that delicious😍 This is just my own indicator, but I think it's reasonable to think "Dashi rolled egg (small) = medium portion of rice"... Thank you for the meal‼️😋
View on GoogleTo a local lunch drinking shop in Higashi-Maizuru. Actually, I wanted to eat sushi or seafood, but the places where you can drink at lunch are limited, and furthermore, Higashi-Maizuru is completely closed on Mondays. Besides, this day was the most humid 34°C of the year, typical of the Sea of Japan side. So, with no choice, I entered the "shop that is open anyway". There was no sashimi. However, this was delicious. Boiled flatfish, salted mackerel, fried horse mackerel. All were thick and very delicious. It was a shop I entered unexpectedly, but the food and the friendly landlady were also good.
View on GoogleOn the night of 2026/02/13, I had dinner at this shop. I ordered the fried chicken set. The outside was fried crispy and fragrant, and the meat inside was so juicy that the meat juice overflowed when I bit into it. It was the most delicious fried chicken I have ever eaten. Inside the shop, two female staff members were serving, and their response was very polite and pleasant. If I have another chance, I would definitely like to visit again.
View on GoogleThe event was postponed again and again for half a year, and finally it was held. Every time I come to Maizuru, I stay at the same hotel, so dinner is always at the same nearby shop. So this time, I asked the hotel and tried going to a recommended shop. What was introduced was Shokujidokoro Yuki, about 2 minutes by bicycle from the hotel. There is Yuki where you can eat inside the shop, and across the road there is Yuki, a take-out bento specialty shop. Next to the bento shop there is also a parking lot. 17 types of set meals for 740 yen, up 50 yen depending on the amount of rice. Since it was my first time at the shop, I ordered the most recommended‼️ fried chicken set and the shop's pride, dashi rolled egg. The fried chicken was well-seasoned and very delicious. I exchanged it with my friend's chicken nanban, but that was also delicious. The dashi rolled egg was also rolled softly and had a light mouthfeel, calming the greasiness of the fried chicken. But the most delicious thing was the miso soup. I thought I could eat a large portion of rice with just this one bowl of miso soup. I was introduced to a good shop.
