Märchen Shoyu ramen 550 yen There is a parking lot on the north side of the shop, easy to enter. In the daytime, customers come one after another. It seems they are aiming for the daily lunch. If there are no seats, they go to the shop famous for gyoza diagonally in front... hahaha Anyway, smoking is allowed so it's smoky! This alone is a point deduction❣️angry💢 While angry, it arrived. It's named shoyu ramen but there is no soy sauce feeling, a gentle broth. Sesame oil and pepper scent softly. The noodles are boiled noodles in a bag, surely. Soft. Kamaboko and seaweed feel like Maizuru, good. But... the meat has almost no seasoning. I thought it was a waste. Ramen that feels just right after drinking. Ramen that feels like eating at home.
