First visit. It's a jako (baby sardine) soup, light and easy to drink, leaving a lingering taste, but overall it feels quite salty. You can choose between regular and thin noodles. The price is reasonable. You get change from 1000 yen. Service is normally polite. I want to come again.
View on GoogleOrdered the golden ramen karaage set. Rich soup with niboshi (dried sardine) flavor, you can choose between thin and regular noodles. When I asked the owner, he said he liked the regular ones better, so I answered thin noodles, then thought about ordering regular ones, but since it was our first meeting, I was afraid my joke wouldn't be understood, so I honestly ordered regular noodles. I thought the yuzu was a bit too strong, but I think it's a shop loved by the locals.
View on GoogleRamen Taisho in Maizuru. Today I had the Taisho Chashu. It was 2 PM so the shop was empty. The Showa-era vibe is nice. There are thin and regular noodles. It's delicious. I think the price is also cheap.
View on GoogleI had a ramen called Ougon Shabu-shabu. It's a taste that divides opinions. It's a niboshi soup, but the yuzu flavor doesn't quite match, or the soy sauce flavor is lacking. Also, the aftertaste isn't good. The downside is that I don't think 'I want to go again'. There is plenty of meat. In terms of originality, I gave it 3 stars.
View on GoogleI ate Taisho Ramen. I felt the taste was well-balanced with a sweet soup made of niboshi dashi and yuzu. It was delicious so I ordered an extra serving of noodles.
