It is no longer remove options from the conveyor belt. You must order from a touch pad, then the food is delivered via the conveyor belt. Still a great value and most often you get quality pieces of sushi on each plate.

A very ordinary Kappa Sushi? I don't know about weekends and holidays, but during weekday lunch hours, it's good because you can always sit down without waiting. I used the all-you-can-eat service. At 3490 yen, wouldn't it be better to just eat normally? But with a coupon limited to the period and lunch time, I got 400 yen off. So at 3090 yen, I thought "it's okay once in a while". Added June 22, 2026 The 2 pieces of negitoro in the image. The taste hasn't changed, but the appearance, you know? (Bitter laugh)

There were stains on the sushi plates and the dessert plates. I ordered about 10 items, and 4 of the plates were dirty! When I noticed the stain on the 4th plate, a staff member was nearby, so I pointed it out. They took it away for a moment and brought it back, but it looked like they just wiped the stain off. And when I left, that staff member was chatting with another staff member, and even though we made eye contact, there was no apology, no farewell words, not even a nod. I'm uploading a photo of one plate, there is soy sauce on the sushi plate before I even touched it. Because of this, I had diarrhea after eating. I should have reported it to the health center.

When I entered at the same time as opening, the seat was number 1 (the very back near the toilet). So that's why the first customer was wandering around! I got played! Just like the conveyor belt sushi around here, the rice is small. Not only is it small, but it's loose so it falls apart when you hold it. The trick is to turn it sideways and support it with the topping. Place the rice on top of the topping. The topping is amazingly thin. Which is thinner, the plate or the topping? Bento at a certain supermarket in Kyoto is the same, how do they cut it this thin? The way the equipment is used is wrong from the customer's perspective. But the balance with the rice is good. It's too thin, so if it's not a topping with a strong flavor, you don't know what you're eating. The toppings are small, but (compared to here) a certain conveyor belt sushi place with thick toppings tastes more like something. Maizuru is said to be a treasure trove of fish, but it's expensive. On the Pacific side, it's "cheap, fresh, and affordable", but in Maizuru it's "because it's fresh, it's expensive". If you go to a regular seafood shop, there are many hits and misses. The safe bet is conveyor belt sushi. Thinking about it, well, I'm glad I went?
