Since it's a one-man operation by the master, a little waiting time is unavoidable. I ordered Kaede ramen and fried rice (chahan). It was delicious. The kimchi that came with it was maybe a little sour😌

2025.9 First visit I went because the ramen shop I was aiming for was closed. The atmosphere feels like an old-fashioned ramen shop. There is a parking lot in front of the shop and you can park about 3 cars. Inside the shop there are counters and tables. It seems the master manages it alone. It seems difficult when it gets busy at noon. Surprised to see the menu! Too cheap!! Nowadays you can't eat ramen for 700 yen including tax😵 What I ordered was "Kaede" ramen which is the name of the shop🍜 It's said to be tonkotsu salt ramen. A sip of soup. The soup was delicious, but it seemed like there was a lot of salt, so I couldn't finish it. Personally, I wish there was a little less salt. I think tonkotsu with a little less salt would also have been delicious. I'm interested in what other soy sauce or miso ramen are like. Thank you for the meal!
