Katsudon! I ordered Hamachan Katsudon. The cutlet was stacked in 2 layers and was satisfying. The owner handles it alone, so if there are many orders, you will be made to wait. Coffee is included as a service after the meal. I enjoyed it.

Hamachan dining place Chuka soba 600 yen, Kitsune udon 450 yen I had business in Nishi-Maizuru, and while looking for Sunday lunch, I hit it. There is a shop in a place like this... I thought I entered right after opening, but there were already 5 customers. It has become a resting place for the old ladies. One-man operation by an old man, when will it come out... Menu is udon, donburi, noodles. They say the daily special is fried food. Since I wasn't very hungry and as a ramen🍜 hunter, I chose chuka soba. Hot tea is served in a pot, so wait patiently. Sure enough, it took 25 minutes for the udon to arrive, and the chuka soba arrived in 37 minutes (´༎ຶོρ༎ຶོ`) As for the taste that is curious, it feels simple as it looks. However, as I continued to eat, I thought there was no other place that came to mind if I could eat such a picture-perfect old-fashioned chuka soba in Maizuru, so I thought it was a valuable existence. For those who want to eat chuka soba that makes you feel nostalgic, please❗️ Eating date: 20211024 noon

Weekday 11:30, no previous customers. As in other reviews, because it's a one-man operation by an old man, it might take time to come out, but it's delicious and the volume is ⭕️ Katsudon 2 layers, with small bowl, pickles, miso soup, best👍 After the meal, he served coffee☕️ and said "Ookini! Was the rice enough?" and I went home feeling happy😁

Hidden spot for lunch and bar for drinking at night. Because the owner runs it alone, it's slow but delicious.
