Agree with other reviews that they do seem to specialize in eel, BUT, their other food is great. Definitely something for every kind of taste.

We used it with our family. The recommendation here is eel cuisine. They have various eel dishes from Unaju to Hitsumabushi and a la carte dishes, and they are all delicious! My partner, even though they weren't feeling that well, was able to finish the Hitsumabushi cleanly. I ordered the Makunouchi Teishoku, and the quality made me wonder if it was okay at this price? There is also a menu for children, a shop that can be enjoyed with the family! Thank you very much. I will visit again.

I visited for the first time a while ago. It was a slightly late lunch time on a Saturday, but many people were waiting. It seems to be a popular shop in the local area. The store is spacious, the menu is abundant, and I understand why it's popular because it doesn't get boring. I ordered sashimi... The Aka-dashi was just right. My son ordered Daimyo Soba, it was quite voluminous and it seemed fun to enjoy the change in taste. Moreover, you can refill the soba. It's a good deal. It was revolutionary to be able to provide additional soba at a low price even to the person accompanying you.

I didn't know there was such a good shop in Maizuru. This is the "Nishigaki Gozen" from a certain supermarket's gift certificate. Surprisingly, this meal is 1000 yen, including coffee (or orange juice). It comes with tempura, sushi, udon, eggplant, sashimi, and the taste was outstanding. Nowadays, at a certain udon shop, even eating meat udon is 1000 yen. The atmosphere of the shop is also good, and it is a wonderful and prosperous shop.
