I've tried to eat there at least 3 times and they're always closed when Google says they are open. I guess they won't be getting my business.
View on GoogleLunch during a business trip to Maizuru In keeping with the navy town, I came aiming for curry champon, but it turns out it's only on Tuesdays! Disappointed. I pulled myself together and decided to have yurinchi noodles. After a while, the bowl arrived, and it was cold noodles! Moreover, they call it yurinchi, but it's just plain fried chicken! Disappointed. The only other ingredient was cucumber... Needless to say, I headed to the next shop. Taste preferences vary. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleChinese Restaurant Tokai Tantanmen 880 yen + large serving 110 yen = 990 yen It's been a very long time. Probably about 25 years since I last entered 💦. Next to the entrance of the shop, there is a food sample menu, and I was glued to the Tantanmen. Inside the shop, infection control is perfect. There must have been difficult times... While I was taking pictures of the menu and the inside of the shop, the order arrived. It's changed. The food sample at the entrance and the menu look much redder, but the one in front of me has a color that is too different, making it look like a completely different thing. Also, the soup is overwhelmingly scarce. Even after stirring, the noodles are not soaked in the soup. But it's not that it's soup-less. I pulled myself together and took a bite... well, it's average. The noodles are thin with a light wave and feel soft. The menu says "Spicy soup with plenty of vinegar! The aroma of homemade sesame chili oil is the key!!", but it's not spicy at all. It feels like they forgot to put in the chili oil. Perhaps because the vinegar is effective, it's light, and there is none of the richness you want in Tantanmen. The toppings are not that luxurious, and the taste is average, so 990 yen for this is poor value for money. I rarely give it, but this is a 2-star. Date of meal: 20211121 noon
View on GoogleA shop where the gyoza is delicious. The soup-less tantanmen is also good! Mapo tofu is good! The balance of the ramen soup was poor, and the noodles were a bit soggy. Overall, it's wonderful!
View on GoogleThis is a town Chinese restaurant in Maizuru City. There is a cat kept in a cage inside the shop. (It doesn't seem to be free-roaming.) I thought the price and taste were good, but the menu I ordered was a little disappointing compared to the photo? (The amount was less than I thought), but I thought I might try other menus next time.
