万豚記 京都錦小路店Wanzhuji Kyoto Nishikikoji
In China, pigs are considered symbols of wealth and happiness. Every dish at 「万豚記(ワンツーチィ)」, named to signify auspicious pigs multiplying in great numbers, comes in generous portions. The top recommendation is 「豚バラ青菜炒飯」, a generously loaded pork belly and leafy greens fried rice with the sweetness and savory richness of oyster sauce coating the rice.

5/8/2026 afternoon we walked out of Nishiki Market not having ate anything in there with all those very tempting food stalls and there at the corner was the restaurant. Ordered two bowls of vegetable noodles. They had lots of fresh vegetables and weren’t salty at all. Very tasty too. Great value at 980 yen each. Won’t hesitate to return next time.
View on GoogleDelicious! Food came out quickly and was well seasoned (it leans a bit on the salty side but I think that’s normal for this style of food) staff was attentive and kind. Highly recommend the pan fried gyoza
View on GoogleI don’t know why there are any bad reviews this restaurant came to our rescue and we will forever be grateful for their hospitality. Amazing noodles, amazing xiao long bao. Absolutely stunning.
View on Googleimpressive gyoza and ramen platters its right at the mouth of the nikishi market so its a perfect spot to start or end the tour of the market. food is vibrant, spicy and delicious with plenty of options.
View on GoogleGreat atmosphere and we really liked the view in the kitchen. Mixed meat plate was great taste and Shanghai fried noodles also. I really recommend big gyoza dumplings.
