Loved this place!! We went for breakfast and both got coffee and a dashimaki set. Very good & the owner was so kind. The omelet was delicious. Quiet, peaceful spot for breakfast or lunch. We definitely will be back.

Beautifully quiet and delicate. Grabbing a late lunch, we were treated to the owner’s signature omelette set which was very tasty and wonderfully presented. I’m off to Google how to make such a light omelette myself now! Very friendly service and enough English to make it easy. A lovely experience and retreat on a hot Kyoto day. Cash only. Very good value.

Hidden gem, no packs of tourists, just a quiet corner to taste a traditional kyoto meal for fair prices. Totally worth it!

Nanae is a gem...she opened her tiny place for me at 18:30 PM. She gives me some sake to taste and I had the chance to share a very unique and family atmosphere when friends and family arrived to share a beer after work. Food was so delicious and fresh. Is just eggs...but not really. Is dash, eggs, Nanae...

Small restaurant. I tried on today with their daily set lunch at JPY900. Curry chicken wing with rice and salad. Taste is good, and the chicken wing is very tender and easy to eat.
