The place is small and beautiful, the service is great. THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!!! the pasta is cooked to perfection, the sauces are incredible, the pizzas are small and so delicious, the bread is fluffy and crunchy, we couldn't get enough. We have not eaten this good Italian since Sicily. Come, you won't be disappointed.

We visited this place for the first time when we decided to go for coffee. We ordered cheesecake. It was very tasty. The next day we came here again for dinner. We ordered prosciutto salad, rice croquettes, shrimp, quadro formaggi pizza and cheesecake. The dishes were very tasty. The hostess is polite and friendly. I recommend it to anyone who loves Italian or European cuisine! We sincerely thank the hosts for a delicious dinner!

This little restaurant is an absolute gem. The space is small, warm, and cozy. the kind of place where you immediately feel like you’ve found something special. One of the true pleasures of eating here is getting to watch the cook work. You can tell there is real care, experience, and pride behind every dish. We had the Margherita pizza, and the tomato sauce was beautifully balanced; bright, fresh, and exactly what you want it to be. But the pastas were the real revelation for both of us. The carbonara, as other reviews have mentioned, is freshly made, and you can taste it immediately. Everything here feels fresh, but what impressed us most is that the food is full of flavor without being heavy. It has depth, but still feels light and balanced. The arrabbiata was also excellent. not overly spicy, but still lively, flavorful, and beautifully put together. These are seemingly simple dishes, but you can tell she has spent countless hours perfecting them. If you are in Kyoto and want a break from Japanese food; something comforting, soulful, and genuinely well made, you should absolutely come here. This is the kind of place you want people to discover and support. Her cooking is thoughtful, delicious, and full of heart. We loved it.

Had dinner here with my family. It’s a small place to eat. The three of us really enjoyed the Italian food was fantastic. Had the Carbonara all made by one lady she knows her pasta. Also had a four cheese pizza that I shared with my family it was delicious. You will be required to purchase one drink per person. Some of my family ordered the blood orange juice and highly recommend it. This place is cash only so make sure you bring a decent amount of yen.

Visited Kyoto September 2025. This restaurant was suggested by Google maps, as being close by our hotel. The first time we went, we didn't know what to expect. We were blown away by the amazingly tasting food (and wine), the great cozy atmosphere and the friendliness of the owner. We had such a great time, we went back twice more. We definitely recommend this restaurant.
