This place is a new hidden gem! The food and drinks are affordable and delicious. We ended up ordering much more than we intended because it was so addicting and inexpensive. The salmon trio is 🔥, tempura 😮‍💨, wagyu sushi 🙏.The service was prompt and attentive. The bartender, Josh was fantastic. His food and drink pairings were thoughtful and tasty! I couldn't believe I was drinking such a beautifully crafted cocktail for cheaper than a rum and coke at other nearby places. Highly recommend to come by this place!

A great find! We ordered the assortment of 10 sashimi, speciality marinated tuna rice bowl, Wagyu roast beef, seafood salt fried noodles, sushi restaurant gratin, and extra sashimi. Everything was absolutely delicious and the price was so fair. Our waitress was also very kind and prompt. Loved it!

We came here for our first sushi in Japan and we have to say that the prices were fair, the sushi and sashimi were tasty, and there was a wide selection. What made the whole visit complicated was the language barrier — or at least that is what we assume — because almost every order arrived either wrong or incomplete. The restaurant was half-empty, but the staff barely paid attention to us, even though we tried to get their attention. I wonder whether this was again due to fear of the language barrier. One of the waitresses, the one wearing glasses, either wasn’t having a good day or simply isn’t very happy in her job. She didn’t smile at all and made us feel as if we were bothering her. Although I really have to give credit to the chef, because of the experience we had with the service, we would not return. We truly don’t have a problem with a language barrier, and we don’t mind if the staff don’t speak English well. But there has to be some effort from their side to communicate in any possible way and with a smile, just as we try to do when someone doesn’t understand us.

Great value for the quality of food here. Had a great set menu lunch but ended up ordering eel sushi on the side as well. Service was fantastic. Highly recommend over the overpriced places in Nishiki market.
