A quick walk from Jujo subway station. This hole in the wall restaurant is small but packed with locals, serving rustic ramen that's big on flavour at very reasonable prices. Do ask for a menu if you are unsure of what to order. The staff who took my order was very attentive and handed me an English menu as soon as he realised I wasn't sure of what was going on and that I wasn't fluent in Japanese.

Loved it here! Despite the line up .. they move reasonably quick.

A no-frills ramen joint that delivers on flavor. The broth is rich and deeply satisfying, with just the right amount of fat to keep things indulgent without going overboard. The noodles are thick and chewy, holding up well to the bold flavors. Portions are generous, so come hungry. If you’re looking for classic, hearty ramen without the gimmicks, this place is a solid choice.

Reasonable price of ramen, apart from ramens, there are some delicacies to choose from like gyoza and rice. If you understand Mandarin, there is one or two staff who can communicate in Mandarin. Feel free to tell the staff if you prefer less salty taste for your ramen.
