We decided to had breakfast here because we stay at the hotel next to it. We ordered breakfast set C (coffee, salad, bread, and egg). The price is good (¥700) compared to the food we get. Also, the ambience is homey. Suitable for people who want to have breakfast while smoking inside. Great experience 👍

Authentic simple Japanese breakfast in a very cute old cafe. Right next to Kyoto Station, this place deserves more traction. It is simple, cute and very vintage.

Great little place. As other reviews said, it bleeds “old-school cafe” atmosphere. Smoking IS allowed and mildly noticeable, but I didn’t find it oppressive or interfering with my experience at all. The air seems fairly well circulated. I should’ve gotten the “C” morning set, and extra ¥50 gets you a bit of fruit and a salad. Worth it. My B set was great though. Poco is EXTREMELY convenient to Kyoto station and that shouldn’t be overlooked.

Retro shop we stumbled upon near our hotel. Stopped by for a fuss free breakfast. Felt like a blast to the past with local older folks around A definitely a unique experience as a tourist. Note: smoking is allowed in the shop

A local taxi driver recommended this omurice place to me and he said only local people know here. I was surprised by the quality of their omurice - it’s definitely at similar levels to those top-rated omurice restaurants on TripAdvisor but with much cheaper prices and no queues. It has been a unique dining experience for me and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this place.
