We ordered the butter butterscotch iced coffee which was absolutely delicious. It came with a thick creamy foam on top that tasted like pure Bliss. I also ordered an iced vanilla latte. The coffee was nice and strong, but not too bitter. There’s plenty of seating in here and families feel welcomed. Not too many options in terms of food, but the dishes that others around us receive looked good.

Cute cafe with DIY toast, little ceramic containers full of yummy jams and eggs. The bread was exceptional, staff was attentive and kind. This place is a vibe! We went twice. Favourite breakfast we had in all of Japan.

We came here around 10AM and had to wait quite a while, around 45 mins as the cafe seems quite popular recently. However there is an indoor waiting area which makes it less tiring. We decided to get the steamed bread set which comes with an assortment of vegetables, soup, egg with ham, and two loads of bread. You are able to spread jam and butter on the bread which was not too sweet and lovely! The entire meal was really nice, especially on a cold winter day🤗 You have to order one drink per person, so I decided to go with the hot vanilla latte, which was one of the best I’ve ever had! The atmosphere of the place was also very warm and matched with the Christmas theme 🎄 would recommend getting there early though if you want to avoid queueing!

One of the most instgrammable cafes we visited in kyoto. We had to wait an hour to get a table, but it was worth it. The toast and steamed bread sets were visually very appealing with a wide selection of spreads. The interior was very pretty and staff was polite. Definitely try to come here if you visit Kyoto

One of the most unique cafes in Kyoto. I was looking for a local place that is not European or catered to tourists but rather local people, and this place was exactly what I wanted. The breakfast is awesome here, the atmosphere is friendly and service is great. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to eat somewhere with less tourists.
