Couldn't recommend this place more highly! You get reliably great Chinese food here every single time—the dishes are fresh, not overly greasy, and full of flavor. The value is unbeatable; the prices are completely reasonable for the quality and the generous portion sizes. Best of all, the service is exceptionally fast and friendly, making the whole experience seamless and pleasant.

I had the black pepper chicken, beer, and fried rice balls. Everything was incredibly delicious and full of authentic flavor. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. A truly authentic spot in Kyoto and definitely worth a visit!

I don't really need to tell you to eat here: what is not to like? The upstairs view of the river, the downstairs for oeople-watching. The gyoza are fresh, with cabbage and nira inside, with a thin, fragile wrapper, with just the right char. They are the gyoza you:be been looking for. The tamago/nira/moyashi is boss, the kim chi deep flavored, a perfect addition to their near-perfect Minmin cha han! It's hot out, you're sweaty, and you need an option - here 'tis...

A cheap price and nice view. What could be better? Highly recommend for fried rice. If u eat alone u probably will be assigned to the seats in front of the kitchen. U could see how the chef cooking the fried rice. Such a skillful, stunning masterwork. I heard the chefs chatting with Chinese, it is a real Chinese restaurant.

Excellent quality and price. Great for a quick stop and some really tasty food. Especially the Gyoza and Karaage chicken.
